The Master of Science in Social Gerontology provides an interdisciplinary course of study for students seeking to prepare themselves for one of the many opportunities in the growing field of services for older adults. The program provices the knowledge and training needed to work within the fields of health, housing, social services or private sector companies serving the older population. This degree provides for career advancement within the field of aging. Social Gerontology studies the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population.
