Program Description:

This program provides training in mathematics and computer science for teaching positions at the college level, for careers in industry, and for advanced graduate work. Opportunities exist for students to study extensively, both individually and in groups, in a specialized area of a mathematical science. Programs of study are flexible and individualized to accommodate a student's background as well as professional goals and aspirations. The faculty possess a diversity of expertise that provides students with a wide range of topics for research experiences.
