Software Engineering for Web-based Applications Graduate Certificate

Program Description:

The Software Engineering for Web-based Applications Graduate Certificate provides software engineering professionals or other professionals in the computing industry an opportunity to advance their professional skills, training and education while obtaining graduate credit in the area of software development for Internet and distributed computing applications. Students in this program will acquire the knowledge and skills relating to the latest technologies, tools and methodologies used to develop sophisticated Internet-based software applications. The program will prepare students with the ability to design, implement, install and maintain the software applications necessary to start and securely operate a web-based or network-oriented business. The target size of businesses using these applications ranges from a single-proprietor small business to a large-scale distributed commercial enterprise.
