Program Description:

Located in Christchurch, New Zealand (the primary international stepping stone to the Antarctic), Gateway Antarctica is the centre for Antarctic studies and research at the University of Canterbury. The centre offers teaching and supervision (including Antarctic field work) for four postgraduate programmes which provide a pathway for students into exciting areas of Antarctic research or lead to job opportunities primarily with environmental or government agencies.

Please note that international students only pay domestic fees for study at PhD level!
