Learn how to resolve conflict in the school setting while modeling for students how to handle situations peacefully and cooperatively both in and outside of school. This certificate program provides participants with expertise in conflict resolution and explores new techniques and strategies to help educators, administrators, counselors, and students deal with conflicts in a positive manner.
