The Certificate in Interpersonal and Proactive Skills for School Counselors provides the opportunity for practicing school counselors to remain current in counselor education and enhance personal counseling skills. Coursework in the certificate emphasizes the development of skills, knowledge and attitudes to help all students in the areas of academic, career and personal/social development, and examines current counselor education trends and philosophies.
