Program Description:

The Department of Integrative Biology was formed in 1989 by bringing together faculty and students from the old Departments of Physiology/Anatomy, Genetics, Anthropology, Botany, Zoology, and Paleontology. In July 1997, the Department of Human Biodynamics joined IB. The faculty's interests are diverse but they are united in the goal of educating and graduating the best biological scientists in the world. You have been chosen to be among this elite group. The progression from student to colleague of the highly recognized men and women on the department's faculty is clearly defined and support is at hand all along the way.
