The Doctoral Program at the University is the first of its kind in Connecticut and has been operating since 1980. The advanced graduate curriculum integrates the sound principles of administration, management, organizational psychology, information technology and quantitative analysis. Graduates and current students have held and hold significant positions in state-wide school systems and many of Connecticut's colleges/universities.
