M.S.-Negotiations and Conflict Management
Format: Campus
Program Description:
The M.S. in Negotiations and Conflict Management program trains conflict managers to help individuals, families, neighborhoods, organizations, regulatory bodies, social and ethnic groups, and even nations to manage and address the conflicts they face. Faculty from UB's Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts, Merrick School of Business and UB School of Law offer diverse, yet complementary, points of view on the nature and management of conflict. To enhance students understanding of conflict in a variety of contexts, they explore related concepts through coursework that provides a broad scope of study and the flexibility to choose a specific area of focus. During the capstone experience, students have the opportunity to participate in an internship or clinical practicum in the field.
