Program Description:
The Graduate Program in Agricultural Law provides opportunities for advances study, creative research and specialized professional training in this rapidly developing area of the law. The program is designed to prepare a small number of attorneys as specialists in the legal problems of agricultural production, distribution and marketing. However, the graduate curriculum provides the opportunity for a broad-based review of a variety of important legal issues that are not quique to agriculture, including economic and social policy issues, environmental law issues, tax and business planning issues, etc.
