Program Description:

The mission of the School of Theatre Arts at the University of Arizona is to provide professional training and education leading to careers in acting, musical theatre, theatre design and technology, theatre education and outreach, and theatre history and dramaturgy. The School is dedicated to educating the students through a highly visible production program enriching the university and Tucson communities. Degree opportunities include an MFA in Design and Technical Production with emphasis in Costume Design, Costume Production, Lighting Design, Scenic Design and Technical Direction; MA in Theatre Studies; and an MA in Theatre Arts Education Outreach. Please note, the School is not recruiting for the MFA Acting program at this time.
