Program Description:

The MA may be earned in Classics (Greek, Latin, and classical studies) where some concentration ispossible in classical literature or ancient history, or in Classical Archaeology, which offers an opportunityto pursue archaeological fieldwork. The PhD, which is expected to be revised before the beginning of the1997-98 academic year, affords opportunities for specialization in language and literature, ancienthistory, and classical archaeology.
