The Department of Media Study offers you a compelling context to explore the moving image (film, video, documentary), networked and programmable media (net-based art, robotics, VR) and critical theory with an internationally recognized faculty. Our program enables students the rare opportunity of truly interdisciplinary work; we are linked to resources in artistic practices and theory at the departments Anthropology, Architecture, Art, Art History, Comparative Literature, Communications, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, English, Music, Theatre and Dance; and the Center for the Americas.
