Only US Citizens can apply. The School of Medicine's principal emphasis is on training medical officers for the Army, Navy, Air Force. Students are selected with the understanding that they will be trained for service to the Nation, including assignments abroad or at sea. Dedication to the idea of service to country must be foremost among an applicant's reasons for coming to the School.
