Program Description:
This innovative program, the first of its kind in the country, addresses the need for a comprehensive, interdisciplinary curriculum devoted to the study of pain. Courses address a broad range of issues related to pain, from the molecular to the societal levels. Students and faculty represent several disciplines, including medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, psychology sociology, and dentistry.
