Program Description:
The Master of Science in Music Education provides a flexible curriculum that allows students to earn up to 15 elective hours in a field of specialization. In consultation with the graduate advisor, students may select a group of courses in which they are interested, such as music education, applied music, music theory, music history, or composition. Students may elect to work concurrently on the Music Certificate in the Applications of Dalcroze, Orff, and Kodaly as their area of specialization in the master's degree.
