Program Description:

The Master of Education in Elementary Education is designed to provide academic and professional development for those interested in elementary and middle school education. Graduate students may develop, in conjunction with an advisor, an individually tailored program of studies. The alternative is to elect a program in such specialty areas as: Administration and Supervision in the Elementary and Middle School; Educating the Gifted, Exceptional Children; and Reading and Language Arts. The degree program is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education.
