Program Description:

Introducing Touro’s Online Master’s degree program for any Physician Assistant who has attained a BS degree and completed an accredited PA program. It’s convenient, affordable and can be done in one year. Successful candidates earn the professional degree—Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Registered with the New York State Department of Education. The program is approved for military tuition assistance and VA educational benefits.
The Advanced Placement MS PA Program was approved by the New York State Education Department in April 2009. This program will allow graduates who graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant Program the opportunity to obtain a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Students are granted advanced standing on the basis of completion of prior course work from the PA Program, in which they received a Bachelor of Science degree in PA Studies. The program itself will be taught in a traditional and non-traditional format.

Potential applicants to the ADVANCED PLACEMENT MS PA PROGRAM must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, and received a Bachelor of Science degree.
