Program Description:
The Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply psychological principles, models and methods to organizational issues, enhance productivity, growth, and profitability. This practitioner-oriented program prepares students to assess organizational effectiveness, implement improvement strategies and interventions, and measure outcomes. The coursework synthesizes a broad range of psychological and behavioral strategies that focus on individuals improving their performance and organizations increasing their productivity. The program prepares students for organizational and professional development roles in areas of consulting, business and education, government and community health organizations.
