Program Description:

The Department of Family Sciences at the Texas Woman's University offers graduate degree programs at both the master's and the doctoral levels. Master of Science programs are offered in the areas of Child Development, Counseling and Development, Family Studies, and Family Therapy. Master of Arts and Master of Education programs are offered in Early Childhood Education. At the doctoral level, the Department of Family Sciences offers Ph.D. degree programs in Child Development, Family Studies, and Family Therapy and an Ed.D. program in Early Childhood Education. TWU also offers a combined program - MS Counseling & Development with an MA in Music Therapy.
