Program Description:
Students working toward a Master's degree in environmental design have the opportunity to study the interaction between individuals and groups and their environments. Courses in the curriculum include research methods and application, interior design, architecture, and art. A problem-solving approach is emphasized that can be applied to both residential and nonresidential interiors. A Master's thesis is required for this program.The doctor's degree requires a minimum of 75 semester hours of graduate work beyond the bachelor's degree, exclusive of credit for the dissertation. Students develop their courses of study in consultation with a graduate advisory committee.
