The College of Education offers a sequence of courses focused on deaf blindness. The Dual Sensory Impairments plan requires all general special education courses required for the Master of Education in Special Education and additional coursework in deaf blindness. This exemplary plan of study closely mirrors CEC standards and Perkins Competencies for Teachers of Learners Who are deaf blind with additional emphasis on best practice assessment.
