The Clinical Psychology Program at Texas A and M is strongly committed to training in clinical skills and basic and applied research proficiency. It is our belief that an understanding of the theory on which clinical practice is based, the ambition to ask meaningful questions, and the ability to generate and evaluate scientifically meaningful data, are essential for competent clinical practice at the Ph.D. level.
