Program Description:

The Graduate Certification Program (GCP) at Temple prepares students and working professionals with undergraduate majors outside of education to make an important contribution to educating today's youth. Current trends in education practice emphasize the role of subject-matter experts in the classroom.

Students may concentrate in the Career/Technical Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or Special Education tracks of the GCP.Upon completion of the program, students receive a Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) and are eligible for a Pennsylvania Instructional I Teaching Certificate.
