Program Description:

The College offers two programs in Adolescence: Social Studies Education. A 54-credit program prepares students to teach social studies at the middle/high school levels and leads to initial certification in New York State. A 33-credit program is available for those already possessing provisional or initial certification in social studies, and leads to permanent or professional certification in New York State.
