New Paltz is a public university and can not provide Scholarships and/or Financial aid to non New York residents.In response to the regional need for professionals prepared to educate students of limitedEnglish proficiency, SUNY at New Paltz offers a Master of Science in Education inSecond Language Education. This two-track, thirty-six credit program leads tocertification (provisional and permanent) in either English to Speakers of OtherLanguages (Pre K-12) or Bilingual Education (Elementary and Secondary).
