Byrnes, IV established the first onlineLL.M. program offered by an American Bar Association (ABA) accreditedlaw school, assembling top academics and practitioners from around theworld as resident and non-resident faculty to teach a fullyspecialized curriculum in International Taxation & Offshore FinancialCenters.The LL.M. program is multidisciplinary, admitting lawyers,accountants, estate planners, trust officers, and economists who studyside-by-side.
