Program Description:
The Springfield College School of Social Work is a small, dynamic MSW Program with a highly experienced, professional faculty. The School prepares practitioners for advanced generalist practice which we believe isparticularly relevant to contemporary social work practice. Our curriculum is designed to stimulate criticalthinking and provide theoretical frameworks and practice skills for intervention in complex problems with individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities. We are committed to educating social workers as changeagents, as scholar practitioners, as clinician-researchers, as human rights advocates, and as policy analysts withthe goal of reinvigorating the mission of the social work profession.
