Program Description:

Southeastern's Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership is designed to help you grow as a Christ follower and equip you with tools to make your church more fruitful for the Kingdom. Students will integrate the Christian faith and by learning through critical thinking, research, writing and learning from the normative base of a Christian worldview, Develop and exchange concepts relating to understanding and improving organizations around the world and experience innovative learning situations, which enable students to acquire the knowledge, dispositions and abilities required of organizational leaders. As a student you will take 36 hours’ worth of classes that will give you strategies to sharpen your character and give you the theological, Biblical, and practical knowledge to improve your local ministry. This 36 credit Master's degree involves 21 credits in Practical Ministry, 9 credits in bible and Theology and 6 credits in a chosen research concentration.
