Program Description:

The Physics Department at SDSU offers a program leading to the M.S. in Engineering with an area of emphasis in Physics. Required course work in physics along with elective courses selected from the Departments of Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science, General Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering support a number of career options in industry and applied research. Graduates with this degree may also pursue a Ph.D. degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
