Program Description:
This special-focus masters in psychology provides professional preparation for mid-career individuals interested in learning how to develop more effective and humane organizations. In four semesters participants gain the practical skills, conceptual knowledge, and field-tested experience to successfully lead organization improvement efforts. Students are admitted each fall and work together in one cohort group through the 36 unit program.
