Program Description:

The Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling is a 60 credit hour program that is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). The program leads to Pennsylvania licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC). Graduates are qualified for employment in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and community mental health agencies. Students choose from four areas of emphasis that include child and adolescents, adults, addiction and aging.
