The Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior provides a graduate management education for experienced professionals to update, refine, and redefine their managerial knowledge and skills in order to more effectively manage both the technical and the human side of organizations. The program emphasizes the proficiencies practicing managers have indicated as necessary for effective leadership in a rapidly changing global economy: communication excellence, ethical leadership, team building, managing change and a global perspective. The courses in the program combine classical and current management theories and concepts with practical applications in a variety of organizational settings.
