Degree Offered

Master of Arts in School Counseling

Format: Online

Program Description:

As an online student, you truly get the best of both worlds: a dynamic Web-based learning experience grounded in the history and tradition of Seton Hall University, a 152-year-old, internationally-known and respected institution of higher learning. As a graduate student of Seton Hall, you will be part of a nationally recognized program that has been training professional counselors for over 30 years. We hold our online counseling students to the same educational and professional standards and training as their on-campus counterparts. We follow a cohort approach in which all students begin the program together as a learning team and progress through a set sequence of courses. In less than three years, you can advance your career according to your own schedule. Upon successful completion of the 48-credit degree program students are eligible to apply for certification as a school counselor.
