Program Description:

The master of divinity is the classic ministerial degree, preparing you to assume leadership positions in the church. Seattle University maintains a unique collaboration with the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle and with several other Christian churches by cosponsoring two institutes: the Institute for Catholic Theological Studies and the Institute for Ecumenical Theological Studies. Through these institutes the School of Theology and Ministry (STM) invites lay people and ordained ministers to enter into disciplined, developmental, and holistic education in preparation for service.
