Program Description:

The educational leadership doctoral program is designed for practicing educational leaders in schools, colleges, businesses, and social service agencies who seek both a challenging scholastic experience and a pragmatic approach to assessing leadership style and affecting change. The program includes a common core of studies in educational leadership theory and practice; development in an area of study other than education; and internships, projects, and independent studies oriented for specific students needs. This three-year, postmaster's program begins each year in July with an intensive four-week, full-time course schedule. Typically, students attend class one evening a week and on occasional weekends during the academic year.
