Program Description:

The mission of the Program is to support high-potential HR managers and professionals in developing the necessary competences to strengthen the strategic and leadership role of HR.
The Master emphasizes the close relationship between HR management and strategy, within an international setting which draws upon cutting-edge research and practice to develop methodologies and tools.The objectives of the program are the following:

* To increase individual knowledge and expertise through the discussion of HR strategies, models, methods and techniques;
* To develop problem-solving skills, through the discussion of cases and real accounts of corporate HR situations and decisions;
* To strengthen people management skills through teaching methods based on group work, case discussions, in-company activities, guest speakers and corporate testimonials.
* To pursue a hands-on learning experience, by immediately applying concepts and tools to the reality of one’s organizations through individual assignments.

CONTENTS

The Master includes a total of 36 days of face-to-face teaching, including 5 Saturdays , designed around 8 modules of 3-6 days. In order to measure their knowledge and learning outcomes against companies´ everyday practice and issues, participants are also called to engage in 4 individual project assignments, for approximately 40 days of work in distance learning.

The modular approach, coupled with in-depth individual and team-based work, will allow individuals for a full immersion in class discussion while maintaining continuous contact with their organizations.
