Program Description:

In an increasingly complex world, organizations seek professional leaders to help them creatively adapt, respond, anticipate, and plan for change. If you are interested in the dynamics of group interaction and collaborative process, obtaining a degree in Organizational Systems will prepare you to lead systemic change in business, education, the environment, healthcare, government, politics, non-profits, human resource departments, employee training and development, and many other kinds of communities and groups.

As an option, you may decide to earn a specialized graduate degree in the Leadership of Sustainable Systems. If you prefer, these new-found skills can be applied to a career as an executive coach or management consultant.

For MA, bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. For PhD, bachelor’s and master’s from a regionally accredited institution. Recommended GPA of 3.0.
