Program Description:

Graduate programs at the Savannah College of Art and Design are designed for dedicated, self-motivated students who are committed to the pursuit of excellence in the visual and performing arts, design, the building arts, and the history of art and architecture. Graduate degrees may prepare individuals to hold leadership positions in art and design, to enter a variety of professional disciplines, to teach, or to accomplish other personal and professional goals. Graduate courses require students to analyze, explore, question, reconsider and synthesize old and new knowledge and skills. The graduate experience culminates in a thesis or final project demonstrating a mature and resolved body of work and/or research.
