Program Description:

The School of Audiology is accredited to offer both a distance education Au.D. degree to experienced licensed practitioners and a four-year residential Au.D. degree. The distance education Au.D. degree program began in May of 2000 and is designed to allow licensed practitioners an opportunity to earn the Au.D. degree. Advanced standing is offered for documented experience and training.The residential Au.D. degree program admitted the first class in the Fall of 2003. Candidates are selected on the basis of undergraduate academic performance, completion of pre-requisite courses, motivation, extracurricular activities and interests, personal achievements, essays and letters of recommendations
