Program Description:
The Master of Social Work Degree will prepare you to be a leading practitioner. This process begins with the beginning required courses of the program called the professional foundation. The foundation teaches generalist social work practice, which will introduce you to the profession and build the basic skills needed to practice social work in a variety of settings. After completing the foundation you would then select from one of the three concentrations (community, family, health and mental health) to focus your studies.
