Program Description:
Overview:
In the MS in Organizational Leadership and Ethics program, you’ll develop skills in analysis and communication at the individual, group, organizational and multi-organizational levels and study ways to motivate people and carry out organizational change. Students are encouraged to share their workplace experiences and perspectives in the classroom and gain insights from each other’s stories and challenges.
Career paths for graduates lead to any setting where the importance of ethical leadership comes to bear. You could work as a program officer for a charitable foundation, a human resources director for a university, a director of strategic planning for a financial institution, or a chief of staff for a legislator. Our recent graduates have founded successful businesses and nonprofits, served as elected officials, joined the Peace Corps, and taken management roles in government and professional organizations.
