Program Description:
The School offers a six-year academic program leading to the Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Combining course work with clinical clerkships, the goal of the program is to educate health care professionals who can practice pharmacy in community, hospital, academic, managed care, and industrial pharmaceutical settings. Transfer students are welcome and should have a strong science background, as well as one semester each of calculus, statistics, and physiology. Transfer students are admitted into either the second or third year of the curriculum.
