Program Information

Program Description:

Qualities that typify the School of Law include its informal atmosphere, its nationally recognized faculty, a comparatively favorable tuition, and a very diverse student body. Of approximately 750 students, about 45 percent are women and 31 percent are members of minority groups. Nearly 80 percent are New Jersey residents, but all parts of the country and approximately 120 colleges and universities are represented. The professional interests, goals, and viewpoints of students are more varied here than at most law schools. Similarly, there is a diversity in the background, professional experience, extracurricular work, and scholarship of the faculty.
