Program Description:
The post-master's Doctor of Nursing Practice in Systems Leadership is designed to prepare leaders able to affect change through system redesign and evidence-based decision making in a variety of clinical, organizational and educational systems. In this innovative, online program students refine their skills in outcomes management and learn to affect health care services and policies by incorporating data into their decision-making and through systematic project planning. Through coursework, clinical practicum and project implementation, the DNP in Systems Leadership graduate is prepared to influence health care outcomes for diverse populations in a variety of settings.
