RWU's Master of Science in Leadership Emphasizes Negotiation, Diversity Leadership, and Decision-Making.
The Master of Science in Leadership degree program at Roger Williams University prepares students to lead high-performing organizations in the globalized world of the 21st century. The RWU degree will distinguish the leader in communication, negotiation, diversity leadership, and strategic decision-making, among other areas. Additionally, the program is designed for both practicing executives and newly emerging leaders from myriad organizational settings. The Master of Science in Leadership is a 12-course sequence that is available online, hybrid and part-time. At the culmination of their studies, students complete a capstone experience in which they develop network analysis and data-informed decision strategies for leading stakeholders, organizations, and organization members.
