The first fully online master's degree from the region's most experienced provider of adult education, RMU's M.S. in Organizational Leadership allows you to complete your master's degree on your schedule, from anywhere in the world. And, if you are a local professional who would prefer some face-to-face contact, a hybrid delivery option is also available, featuring a combination of online and classroom study.
The program offers two areas of concentration: Leadership and Employee Relations.
