Program Description:

The master of science in Human Resource Management program addresses the need for competent human resource managers with an advanced understanding of employee retention, development, succession planning, compensation, benefits administration, health care, retirement planning, pensions, finance and decision sciences.

The program combines the academic rigors of a master's degree with the practical skills needed to succeed in human resource management.
