Eligibility Requirements:
1/ Level 2 Basic Trade Education, which is Trade Bachelor Degree
and Level 5 Occupational Qualifications granted on the completion
of the following courses: Management and Administration;
Finances; Banking and Insurance; Accountancy and Taxation; Law;
Architecture and Town Planning; Building and Civil Construction
or equivalent course.
2/ Basic Academic Course, which a Academic Bachelor Degree of
Social Sciences in Economics; Management; Law or Academic
Bachelor Degree of Engineering Sciences in Construction.
* If English is not your first language we require to have achieved a minimum competency with the language in order to commence an undergraduate or postgraduate programme:
* International English Language Testing Service (IELTS): an average score of 5.0 over all components with not less than 4.5 in any one component.
* TOEFL: at least 500 on old TOEFL or 200 on new computerised TOEFL.
