Program Description:

The NYS Center for Polymer Synthesis serves to integrate the overall polymer science and engineering program at Rensselaer. Students may take classes in a broad range of polymer science and engineering topics from the Departments of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering, thus allowing each student to tailor their own career path. Degrees are officially granted through the traditional departments, although students are encouraged to take a broad range of polymer courses.
